One of the most exciting aspects of belonging to the Edinboro University Alumni Association is being one of more than 50,000 Edinboro University graduates who live and work across the United States and around the world. You became a member the day you enrolled at Edinboro . . . you are welcome to visit the campus anytime you want, you'll be invited to reunions, homecomings and a variety of regional events for the rest of your life. You can take advantage of money-saving opportunities or purchase merchandise from your alma mater -- all at no charge to you!

The Alumni Online Community has been established to help you stay connected to former classmates, friends, and the Edinboro University alumni community. The information included online is exclusive to alumni only. (The University will never sell your name and address to anyone!)

The Alumni Online Community requires all users to register in order to verify their status and to maintain a secure environment. Once you are logged in, you will be able to:

• Search for a classmate
• Register for events
• Review and update your directory profile
• Submit a class note for the University magazine
• Make a gift online
• Respond to a survey
• Volunteer

To take advantage of all the community has to offer, please proceed through the log-in process.

LOGGING IN

To log onto the Online Community, you will need to know your Edinboro University ID number and create a PIN (personal identification number).

How do I know my Edinboro ID Number?
You can find your ID Number on your Edinboro News mailing label as shown below. Your ID is the eight-digit number shown in bold below. You must use the @ symbol when logging in. For first time users, your PIN is your 6-digit birthday in the MMDDYY format.

1. To log on, enter your user ID (@12345678) and your PIN.
   
2. First time users will be asked to create a security question and answer. Be sure to use a question that has a definite answer, such as "your mother's maiden name" or "your first pet's name," etc. If you ever forget your PIN in the future, click Forgot PIN?, and the security question you created will come up and must be answered correctly to log back in. The answer is case sensitive.
   
3. If you are a first-time user, or have had your PIN reset, you will be directed to a PIN reset form and asked to re-enter your 6-digit birthdate in the MMDDYY format.
   
4. Create your own 6-digit PIN. It MUST be different than your 6-digit birthdate.
   
5. Re-enter the number you created and click "Change PIN."
   
6. REMEMBER THIS NUMBER!

Hint: Make sure you use the @ sign in front of your ID number.

As a security measure, your account will be disabled after five unsuccessful attempts.

If you are a recent Edinboro graduate, alumni staff member or an someone who has logged into our S.C.O.T.S. system previously, you can log into the Alumni Online Community using your Edinboro ID and PIN that you created for S.C.O.T.S.
