CROSS COUNTRY TEAMS NATIONALLY-RANKED

Women Ranked 8th, Men Are 19th

EDINBORO, PA - The Edinboro University men's and women's cross country are both ranked in the NCAA Division II Cross Country Top 25. The women's team is ranked eighth, and is the top-ranked squad in the East Region, while the men's team holds down the 19th spot. The men's harriers are second in the East Region behind Lock Haven.

Edinboro has competed in one race this year, with both the men and women coming away with first place finishes in the Buffalo State Invitational. The Fighting Scots of coach Doug watts return to action this Saturday, September 18 in the Williamette Invitational in Oregon.
