WOMEN'S CROSS COUNTRY TEAM MOVES UP TWO SPOTS, MEN'S ONE IN NATIONAL RANKINGS

Women Now Ranked 6th, Men 19th

EDINBORO, PA - The Edinboro University women's cross country team jumped two spots while the men's team jumped one position in the latest NCAA Division II Cross Country Top 25. The women's team is now ranked sixth, and is the top-ranked squad in the East Region, while the men's team holds down the 18th spot. The men's harriers are second in the East Region behind Lock Haven.

Coach Doug Watts' Fighting Scots turned in a strong showing in the Wisconsin-Parkside Invitational this past weekend. The women finished first out of 20 teams, while the men were third in a field of 29 teams. Edinboro will host the Rag Relays on Saturday, September 25 beginning at 12 noon.
