EDINBORO, PA - One week after debuting in the NCAA Division II Northeast Region rankings, the Edinboro University football team moved up a spot to seventh in the latest rankings. The Fighting Scots have a 4-2 record following last week's 42-28 win over California(Pa.), who was ninth in the poll and remains there this week.
Edinboro hosts seventh-ranked Indiana(Pa.) on Saturday, October 16. The Indians are 4-2. A total of seven PSAC schools show up in the Northeast Region poll, with East Stroudsburg first at a perfect 6-0.
Bentley (5-1) is second, with Shippensburg (6-1) moving up to third, West Chester (5-2) fourth and Bloomsburg (5-2) fifth.
