NEWS CONCERNING PSAC AND NCAA QUALIFIERS

The Edinboro women's 400 IM relay broke the meet record.

ASHLAND/ IUP MEET

Brooke Heath qualified for nationals in the 100 breaststroke with a new school record time of 1:05.68. She also qualified for PSACs in the 200 IM with a time of 2:11.37 and from friday night in the 100 Butterfly with a time of 1:00.40. Martha Kulic qualified for PSACs in the 100 butterfly with a time of 1:03.04. On Friday, Khaled Nasser qualified in the 100 butterfly with a 56.43.

Brooke Heath, a freshman swimmer from Woodstock, Ontario. In Edinboro's double dual meet with Ashland and IUP, Brooke swam an NCAA "B" cut time of 2:11.37 in the 200 IM and an NCAA "A" cut time of 1:05.68 in the 100 breaststroke. Her breaststroke time was also a school record. Edinboro defeated Ashland 118-58 and lost to IUP 119- 79.
