EDINBORO, PA – The Edinboro University
football team dropped out of the latest AFCA Division II Top 25
after suffering a 36-26 loss at California(Pa.) this past weekend.
The Fighting are still among “Others Receiving Votes.
In the D2Football.com Top 25, the Fighting
Scots dropped from 11th to 23rd. Edinboro has a 4-2- record
heading into its Saturday, October 15 contest at Indiana(Pa.).
Bloomsburg is now seventh in the AFCA poll and
sixth in the D2Football.com rankings, while East Stroudsburg moved
up to ninth and eighth, respectively.
