drive in the Fighting Scots fifth run of the game with a single to
left scoring Danielle Arno (Manlius, NY/Fayetteville-Manlius).
Edinboro would add two more runs in the bottom
of the fourth when Gurgiolo drew a walk to lead off and then stole
second base easily. Jessica Lindamood (Hartville, OH/Lake)
crushed a double to plate Gurgiolo and would move to third on Arnos
single. Iorfido then singled to score Lindamood for the Fighting
Scots final run of the game.
St. Michaels would score its first run in
the top of the fifth and would add two runs in the top of the
seventh via an Edinboro error and a two-run homer by St. Michaels
