Results
The Edinboro University women's indoor track &
field team competed in the non-scoring EMU Classic at Ypsilanti,
MI on Saturday.
Edinboro's efforts were highlighted in the
5000-meter run, where the Fighting Scots finished second, third
and fourth. Rachael Lanzel was second with a time of 18:20.5,
followed by Becca Nungesser (18:48.99) in third place and Erica
Bourgeois (19:19.18) in fourth. Saginaw Valley State's Becca Rudey
placed first with a time of 17:20.00.
Also, in the 3000 meter run Ashley Ferraro
(10:47.25) was 11th and Kristine Beringer (10:57.24)14th. In the 1
mile run, Kailey Harvey (5:22.14)placed 16th. Finally, in the 200
meter dash, Ashley Young (28.36)was 21st. |
