The Fighting Scots Online Website has the following layout structure:

The Home Page will be the initial page viewed. It contains the first sentence or two of the latest press releases, each with a link to the full story. Also, for sports currently underway, quick links are provided taking viewers directly to items of interest, e.g., results, rosters, stats, etc.

The Athletic Department is the area related to the athletic department operations. Sub-tier pages include:

  • Overview - includes mailing address, phone and FAX numbers and a brief overview.
  • Staff - lists department personnel with contact information.
  • Coaches - lists the coaching staff with contact information.
  • Directions - provides text and graphical information on how to get to the FVSU campus.

The Sponsored Sports is a page that provides links to areas for each sponsored-sport. Within each sport area are pages or links to other pages (or Web sites) that contain the following information:

  • Quick facts
  • Rosters
  • Schedule/Results
  • Statistics
  • Coaches bios

The Archived Press Releases and Media Outlet area includes the following items:

  • Links to press releases issued by the Sports Information Office.
  • Links to Web sites of local newspapers that cover the athletic events.
  • Links to PDF versions of media guides
  • A link to the previous EU athletics Website

The Sports Medicine area provides information on the Edinboro University sports medicine staff and its operation.

The Recruit Information area provides items that should be of interest to those who may desire to become student-athletes at the University. It includes an online questionnaire that provides the athletic staff information on prospective student-athletes.

Sports Camps that are conducted by the coaching staff of FVSU are noted on this page with relevant information.

The Athletic Fund Drive area provides information on booster club activities. It is this organization that helps fund the intercollegiate athletic program, and pages give how fans can contribute and the benefits of doing so.

The Booster Club area describes the organization that helps in the fundraising activities for scholarship funding. This organization has events during the year, and are so noted.

The Hall of Fame area provides a salute to those individuals who have distinguished themselves in the field of intercollegiate athletics at Edinboro University, either by virtue of their performance on its athletic teams or by meritorious efforts on behalf of the athletic program.

The Student-Athlete Handbook page provides information specific to those who will play sports at EU.

The Related WWW Sites page provides links to Web sites of organizations that have some relevance to intercollegiate sports activities. These can be oversight organizations, various coaches' associations, etc.
