PHILLIPS ROTC SCHOLARSHIP

This scholarship was developed through the Dr. and Mrs. Arthur W. Phillips Charitable Trust and provides annual awards to individuals who are actively participating in the Edinboro University ROTC Program.  The scholarship must be awarded in the following manner:  First preference must be given to contracted Edinboro juniors who are enrolled in the ROTC Program.  If no eligible juniors are available, second preference must be given to freshmen or sophomore ROTC Scholarship recipients.  The recipients of the scholarship must be enrolled full-time (as defined by University policy) during the Fall and Spring semesters.  The scholarship cannot be used for the purpose of attending summer school.  The Chair of the Military Science Department and/or designee will select the scholarship recipient(s).
