DEAN'S SCHOLARSHIP – SCHOOL OF LIBERAL ARTS
This scholarship is presented to an outstanding undergraduate student entering his/her senior year of study in the School of Liberal Arts who has earned an overall QPA of 3.5 or better. Financial need may be, but is not necessarily, a factor. The award will be rotated among the following ten departments: art, English and theatre arts, foreign language, history, music, philosophy, political science, psychology, sociology, anthropology and social work, and speech and communication studies. If a department does not have an acceptable recipient in any given year, the award rotates to the next department.
BRUCE MANVILLE MORRISON LIBERAL ARTS SCHOLARSHIP
Three scholarships are awarded to students enrolled full-time, majoring in a curriculum within the school of liberal arts, and who have earned a minimum of 32 credits with a minimum cumulative QPA of 3.0. Financial need is a factor in two of the three scholarship awards. These awards are renewable for one year providing criteria are met.
