COUN788 SPECIAL EVALUATION TECHNIQUES 3 sem. hrs.
This course is designed to aid students in developing an understanding of the techniques used to evaluate persons with disabilities, including vocational assessment and work adjustment. Students examine a variety of instruments used in vocational assessment. Emphasis is placed on the application of procedures and practices in vocational evaluation, applyhing job development and placement strategies and procedures, and the importance of empowering people with disabilities in the job search and placement process.
