Criteria:	1. The applicant must be an undergraduate college student
	2. The applicant's family must reside in Allegheny County, PA or one of the
	contiguous counties (Armstrong, Beaver, Butler, Washington, Westmoreland)
	3. The applicant must have a GPA of 2.75
	4. The applicant must have previous coursework in American Politics
	5. The applicant must be interested in interning in an office of a
	Pennsylvania congressman
