David A. Long Scholarship

Criteria:	1.Must have completed one semester of the college junior year
	or they are a college senior or graduate level student
	2. Must be pursuing or planning to pursue a degree in engineering, biology,
	chemistry, business administration or another field which may lead to a
	career in the water supply industry
	3. Must be attending a Pennsylvania college
	or maintain a permanent residence in Pennsylvania.
