Networks and Telecommunications provides technical assistance for network and telecommunications services as well as a variety of solutions to meet the combined interim and future needs of the Edinboro family.  Support is provided for network connectivity issues including internet, intranet, dial-up and server connections, video over ATM and IP, and installation of new connections.  This support encompasses troubleshooting and configuring network connections to PC’s, modems, switches, hubs, routers, firewalls, and all other data network related devices.  Support is provided for telephone system problems, feature use and voicemail.
