The Desktop Systems and Learning Technology Staff (DSLT) is responsible for keeping University owned computers up and running. We coordinate the procurement, setup and delivery of all new computer systems, system upgrades, software installation and hardware upgrades. We are also responsible for support and training of Distance Education which consists of both online and video conference style courses. We conduct various training sessions for faculty and staff. The DSLT staff maintains or acts as consultants for most all of the computer labs on campus. All classroom technology equipment is monitored and maintained by DSLT staff members. We also offer an audio and video equipment loaner service through our Video Communications Center in the lower level of Ross Hall. We also staff and manage the Technology Help Center located in the front entrance of Ross Hall.
