AN INTERDISCIPLINARY PROGRAM LEADING
TO A BACHELOR OF ARTS DEGREE
The undergraduate degree program in WOMEN’S STUDIES includes
coursework in the Humanities, History, Human Development, or
Communications, and internships. This program prepares graduates
to consider careers in social services, teaching, law, communications,
civil and human rights
organizations, historical and archaeological
research, government agencies, and business. In fostering a deep
understanding of women’s lives,
their contributions and the obstacles
women confront, a degree in Women’s Studies will distinguish
graduates from applicants holding more traditional degrees.
